One of the laws of physics is that energy cannot be created nor destroyed. When a loved one passes away, their consciousness is energy: it cannot be created nor destroyed. This is what many of us refer to as our soul, spirit, etc. What I do as a medium is act as a mediator between you and the consciousness of your loved one. By first grounding, then opening up my third eye and crown chakra and then connecting to my mediumship gift, I am able to connect/contact your loved one with them in my mind's eye psychically. My mediumship ability requires me to open up my own energy to connect with your loved one and can be physically draining and I absorb everyone's energy around me. You must be 100% sober for your reading for this reason or I will need to issue you a refund. Your loved ones may give me messages by conversing with me in my mind's eye, giving me various sensations ie. visuals, smells, physical feelings in my body, sounds and/or taste. A picture or a physical object once owned by your loved one can be helpful, but is not necessary for me to connect with them. I will be giving you explicit, sometimes uncomfortable detail to provide tangible proof that I am actually connecting to your loved one. I do not and will not use any ouija boards. I do not allow any spirits to "jump" into my body as this is a strict boundary I have with other spirits. You will always be speaking to me/through me to your loved one.
